If you have received a message containing the download link and followed it, but nothing happened, it’s likely that your mobile phone is not configured correctly to connect to the Internet. See the Connection problems FAQs above for help on this one.
That depends on the type of cell phone contract you have. If you have a 3G connection, it should only take a few seconds. For the mere mortals among us, it can take 30 seconds or more. If the download process takes too long, or seems to pause for a long time, try starting the download again.
Once you have successfully downloaded Bondaii to your mobile phone, you can delete the message we sent you. If you need to download Bondaii again in the future, we can send you another message containing the link.
Bondaii is free to join and use, but your phone network may charge you for using the internet on your phone. So, if you run out of credit part way through the download process, it will stop Bondaii from installing. That's no problem. Just add enough credits to your mobile phone and try again.

The correct internet settings will usually include your operator’s name and then GPRS, WAP or Internet. Any settings including the letters MMS will not work. Locating your settings varies from phone to phone
Exit Bondaii, go to the Main menu of your phone, go to Settings, go to the Connectivity tab, scroll down to select ‘Internet settings’, then select ‘Internet profiles’ and check that the correct settings are selected in the list. If not, select the right settings as described above.
Exit Bondaii, go to the Main menu, go to Web Access, scroll down to select ‘Web Sessions’ and check that the correct settings are selected in the list - they should have a ‘tick’ to the left of the name, meaning that they are set as default.

Exit Bondaii, go to the Main menu, go to Web (the globe icon), scroll down to select ‘Settings’, select ‘Configuration settings’, check that the right setting is displayed under ‘Configuration’. If not, select this item and choose the right settings as described above.

Exit Bondaii, go to the Main menu, go to Services (the globe icon), press ‘Options’, scroll to select ‘Settings’, check that the right setting is displayed under ‘Access point’. If not, select this item and choose the right settings as described above.
If you know that your internet settings are already correct, but cannot get Bondaii to connect, check your Java connection settings. If the settings are correct, they will usually be called something to include your operator’s name and then GPRS, WAP or Internet. So, for O2 it would look like this: O2 WAP
Exit Bondaii, go to the Main menu, select Settings, go to the Connectivity tab, scroll down to Settings for Java and select these. Scroll through the list of profiles and select the appropriate one (see above). Restart Bondaii and see if it works.
Go to the motorola website to request new settings.
Exit Bondaii, go to the Main menu, go to Settings, scroll to select ‘Configuration’, check that the right settings is displayed under ‘Default configuration settings’ and ‘Preferred access point’. If not, select each of these items and change accordingly. Restart Bondaii and see if it works.
